These Terms of Service define the terms and conditions for using the Domoora platform, as well as the rights and obligations of users.

2. Service Description

Domoora is a matching platform allowing buyers of new real estate properties to group together to negotiate collectively with developers. The service includes:

• Search for new real estate programs
• Formation of qualified buyer groups
• Provision of communication tools between members
• Support in negotiations with developers

3. Account Creation

To use Domoora services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Obligations

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect other members and maintain professional behavior
• Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Respect the confidentiality of information shared in groups

5. Buyer Groups

Participation in a buyer group does not constitute a purchase commitment. You are free to leave a group at any time before signing a sales agreement.

However, we encourage you to only join a group if you have a serious and confirmed purchase project.

6. Domoora's Role

Domoora acts as an intermediary and facilitator between buyers and developers. We are neither a real estate agent nor a developer.

Domoora does not guarantee the conclusion of a sale or obtaining a specific discount. Final sales conditions are negotiated between the buyer group and the developer.

7. Pricing

Use of the Domoora platform is free for buyers. Our compensation comes exclusively from partner developers in case of successful sale.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Domoora or its partners. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

9. Liability

Domoora strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on real estate programs, but cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of this information.

Domoora cannot be held responsible for purchase decisions made by users. It is each buyer's responsibility to verify information and ensure the conformity of their project.

10. Service Modifications

Domoora reserves the right to modify or temporarily or permanently interrupt all or part of the services, with or without notice.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Domoora reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these Terms of Service.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
